Once upon a time a suburbanite from New Jersey was lounging around by a river with some friends talking about food.  Now our hero had never been out of New Jersey and so his pallet was not quite as sophisticated as those of his southern guests, so he was unfamiliar with Cajun Catfish.  After the party broke up and most of the party goers had departed, he asked an elder just where did one find Cajun Catfish. “Louisiana,” was the reply. Our hero, one Reginald Fox, decided he was going to Louisiana.  Now, Regie, was short on means to travel to Louisiana, so he hid himself in the trailer of an eighteen wheeler with Louisiana license plates.  There was a fair amount of food in the trailer so Regie figured as long as he kept his head down low he would be alright. All had been working out just fine, and although it had been a longer trip than he had planned, Regie figured he was just about to reach his destination.  That is when it all went wrong.  In a search of the trailer, Reginald Fox had been discovered, and he barely escaped with his life.  That long haul driver had cast Regie out onto the side of the road and left him, hurt and unconscious.
